• Visiting team television or radio coverage of an athletic event held at Shenandoah University must be approved by the Athletic Communications staff at least 24 hours prior to the event.

Shenandoah Athletics - Photography and Credentialing:

• Contact Matt McIntosh and/or Keric Jackson at least 24 hours prior to the game you wish to cover.
• Shenandoah University does require approval from the Athletic Communications department for allowance of photography of SU athletic events held on campus
• Shenandoah reserves the right to revoke photography access based on in-game conduct.
• It is encouraged that photography be shared with the Athletic Communications department post game. Proper credit will be utilized, at the discretion of the photographer, with usage of photographs on recap stories and social media publications.

Shenandoah Athletics - Interview Policy:

• All interviews should be coordinated through the athletic communications office. Please allow 24 hours notice for all interviews. 
• Post game interviews are coordinated following the event; please tell an SID who you wish to interview and they will be brought to the interview room following a cool down period.
