STAFFORD, Va. – The Shenandoah University women's golf team finished second Sunday at the Eagle Invitational hosted by the University of Mary Washington.

Playing a second straight day at the par-71, 5871-yard Augustine Golf Course, the Hornets carded a 341 Sunday for a 687 total.

IN BRIEF

Shenandoah ended up seven strokes back of tournament champion Marymount.

Natalie Hill paced Shenandoah with an 82-84—166 total. Madison Ngo had the Hornets low round of the tournament, posting a nine-over-par 80 Sunday.

Emily Conrad had 85 and Katie Davis 92 to round out the day two qualifying scores.

Hill finished tied for fourth.
