ALTOONA, Pa. – The Shenandoah University women's golf team won its first tournament of the 2018-19 season Saturday by taking the PSU-Altoona Invitational.

IN BRIEF

Playing the par-72, Sinking Valley Country Club, senior Emily Conrad led the Hornets to the victory by shooting a 13-over-par 85 and take individual medalist honors.

The win is the first of Conrad's career.

Shenandoah shot a collective 354 to defeat Susquehanna by 17 strokes. Juniata finished third with a 433.
