Outdoor Track Opens at Coastal Carolina

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. - The Shenandoah University men's and women's track & field teams opened up the outdoor portion of their schedules Friday by participating in the Coastal Carolina Invitational.

Shenandoah had three top 10 finishes on day one of the two-day meet with Jason White and Rebecca Doran leading the way by each posting a sixth-place finish.

White had his in the long jump, posting a 6.35 meter leap, while Doran was sixth in the 1500 with a 5:12.36.

White and Doran each finished first among DIII competitors in their respective events.
