WINCHESTER, Va. - Visiting Randolph-Macon scored four goals in each of the first three quarters on its way to a 13-6 ODAC men's lacrosse victory over Shenandoah University Saturday afternoon.

Shenandoah (7-7, 3-5 ODAC) scored the opening goal of the game before R-MC (11-3, 5-2) answered with six straight to take a lead it would not relinquish.

Macon held the Hornets off the board for nearly 17 minutes - 13:05 of the first to 11:35 of the second - in completing that 6-0 run.

Jared Barlow, who was one of 12 seniors honored prior to the game, snapped the hosts' scoreless streak with a goal off of a Morgan Robinson assist at the 11:23 mark of the second.

Ryan Schott scored the next two goals, at 7:11 and 6:07, to cut the Hornets deficit to just two, 6-4.

Unfortunately for the home fans, Macon reeled off another six goal run, this one sandwiching halftime, to secure the victory.

Shenandoah scored two of the final three goals of the game, getting a Devon Weaver tally at 2:15 of the third and a Chris Baker goal with 3:04 remaining.
