CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. – Shenandoah University had a collective 323 Saturday on day two of the 48th Annual Marine Federal Credit Union Intercollegiate Golf Championships hosted at Marine Base Camp Lejeune.

Playing the par-73, 7040-yard Gold course, Shenandoah shot 323 Saturday to find itself in 25th place after 36 holes.

IN BRIEF

That spot puts SU into the Scarlet championship for Sunday's final round.

Connor McCarthy and Jeremy Mills each had five-over-par 78 with Blake Woodie carding an 82 and Joseph Gesell an 85.

Josh Bianco had an 87 that did not count toward the team total.

Shenandoah is tied with Husson (Maine) for 25th overall. With the field split for Sunday, SU is 23 strokes behind Scarlet leader Lynchburg.
