BEAUFORT, S.C. – The Shenandoah University men's golf team improved by one position Tuesday to finish 14th at the adidas-TaylorMade Invitational.

Playing its third round at the Cotton Dike course at Dataw Island, SU had a 321 Tuesday over the par-72, 6789-yard layout to post a collective 949 in the 54-hole event.

IN BRIEF

Shenandoah finished 14th, 11 strokes back of ODAC rival Randolph-Macon, and 11 in front of Mt. St. Joseph.

Joseph Gessell and Jeremy Mills each had a team-best six-over-par 78 on Tuesday with Josh Bianco recorded an 81 and Blake Woodie 84.

Woodie, with a 235 total, finished tied for 46th.
