MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Junior quarterback Hayden Bauserman has been named second team All-South Region by D3football.com in selections announced Tuesday evening by the organization.
Bauserman, the Hornets three-year starter at QB, led Division III in passing yards per game this season as he was named first team All-ODAC for the second straight year.
The Woodstock, Virginia native is the 14th Shenandoah University football player to earn D3football.com All-Region honors and the first since Cedrick Delaney '17 in 2014.
Bauserman finished the year 321-for-514 for 3818 yards and 41 touchdowns against 12 interceptions; he set new game and season marks in passing yards, attempts, completions and touchdown passes on his way to two ODAC Player of the Week selections and one to the D3football.com Team of the Week.
His 41 touchdown passes during the regular season was one away from leading the nation.
Bauserman holds every significant passing record at Shenandoah and he threw for at least 300 yards in eight of 10 games this past season.
