Scallion, a rising senior, and Neeb, a rising junior, were selected as North All-Stars for Sunday's VBL All-Star game in Haymarket.
Scallion, a member of the Front Royal Cardinals, and Neeb, who plays for the Winchester Royals, will follow up that appearance by representing the VBL in its second-ever All-Star game against the Cal Ripken League All-Stars on Monday.
That contest will be played Monday night in Harrisonburg on the James Madison University campus.
Both games are set for 7:30 p.m. starts.
Scallion and Neeb are two of just three Division III players selected to the VBL All-Star game. Jordan Walton, who plays for Randolph-Macon during the collegiate season, will represent Waynesboro for the South All-Stars.
Scallion currently leads the VBL with a 0.95 ERA and is 2-0 with three saves in 28 1/3 innings pitched over 19 appearances. He has 21 strikeouts and nine walks this summer and was the North Division Pitcher of the Week in the middle of June.
Neeb, the starting catcher for the North Division leading Winchester Royals, is hitting .315 with 17 hits in 54 at-bats.
Neeb has four doubles, a home run and 15 RBI for the Royals this year.
During the collegiate season, both Neeb and Scallion were named All-USA South and All-South Region for the Hornets.
