Winchester native Josh Rader was added to the Athletic Training staff in June 2010 after working part-time at SU the previous six months.
Rader, a 2007 James Madison University graduate, came to Shenandoah after completing his Master's Degree at Alvernia University in 2009.
Hired as a part-time athletics trainer in January 2010, Rader worked with the men's basketball and baseball teams in a part-time role.
When the university decided to expand its AT personnel, Rader was the first of two new athletics trainers to be added to the department.
In addition to working with the baseball and men's basketball teams, Rader works with women's field hockey program in the fall.
Josh and his wife, Bekah, have a son, Elijah, and live in Frederick County.
