As a freshman: named USA South Conference Rookie of the Week on September 5 after finishing second at the season-opening SU Opener and 41st at the Salisbury Opener... earned a second Rookie of the Week honor on September 12 after finishing second to teammate Amy Smith in the McDaniel 3K on September 10... ran a 12:06 in that race... posted a 16:37 in the 4K race at Dickinson on September 24th to finish 24th of 167 runners... was named USA South Conference Rookie of the Week for her efforts... named league Rookie of the Year on October 25... earned second team All-USA South honors with a ninth place showing at the conference championships...
