Toler, a three-year starter as a goalkeeper at Tech as well as starting every game during her junior year at Georgia State, comes to SU after one season as an assistant coach at Huntingdon (Ala.) College.
The Collierville, Tennessee native earned Ohio Valley Conference Goalkeeper of the Week honors one time in her career.
A member of the US Deaf Olympic Team since 2011, Toler was part of a World Cup winning squads in 2012 and 2016. In July, Toler won that second championship with a 3-0 victory over Russia in Capaccio, Italy.
With the Hornets, Toler will work with the squad's goalkeepers as well as assisting with practice and game managment and student-athlete recruitment.
