As a freshman: scored the lone goal on a penalty kick in a 1-0 win over Roanoke on September 20... was named USA South Rookie of the Week for her efforts... earned a second honor on October 19 after scoring two goals and dishing out three assists in wins over Wesley, Ferrum and Averett... started 20 of 21 games... scored 12 goals... had three game winners against Marymount, Roanoke, and Peace... finished the year with 12 goals and 10 assists for 34 points... started all 20 games she played in.. season goal, assist and points totals are all in top 10 all-time at SU...Earned first team All-USA South accolades at forward and was named USA South Rookie of the Year... Just second women's soccer in program history to earn that latter honor... capped her season by earning VaSID first team All-State and state Rookie of the Year honors...
