Shenandoah (9-6, 6-2 ODAC) scored the opening 11 goals of the game and never looked back against VWC (5-9, 3-5).
Liz Bereit got things started with her unassisted goal 48 seconds into the contest and by the 23:16 mark, when Samantha Sisson scored the second of her seven goals on the day, the Hornets had enough offense to clinch the victory.
Five different women - Sisson, Bereit, Samantha Donaghy, Miranda Rudacille and Becky Bove, found the back of the net with Bereit leading all scorers with four goals and four assists for eight points and Sisson adding the seven goals.
Donaghy posted four goals and three assists for seven points.
Following this inital onslaught, the Marlins would get no closer than 10 goals the rest of the way.
VWC scored its first goal with 4:10 to play in the first and did not tally again until 7:58 remained.
SU outshot its visitors 28-10, including 16-4 in the opening period, and had a 16-12 advantage in groundballs.
The Hornets also claimed 15 of the game's 22 draws.
Shenandoah begins a two-game road trip to complete the season with a 7:00 game Tuesday night at Randolph.
