After the two teams traded goals in the first 6:16, Shenandoah (7-2, 4-0 ODAC) reeled off 19 straight to easily pull away from Hollins (1-7, 0-5).
Nine different women scored for the Hornets during this run with junior Samantha Sisson tallying seven points on five goals and two assists.
Freshman Sarah Hankins started the run with her first-ever collegiate goal at the 22:42 mark.
The lead reached 10 goals on an Amy Rollins to Sisson goal at 5:47 before bulging to 13-1 by halftime.
The second half brought more of the same with SU keeping its hosts off the board until Chanci Wright scored unassisted with 3:53 to play.
Sisson led the victors with five goals and three assists for eight points, Samantha Donaghy added a goal and five assists for six points and three players: Rollins, Corrinne Kosmowski and Liz Bereit, all had three goals and one assist.

Shenandoah outshot HU 34-5, posted a 20-16 advantage in groundballs and won 20 of 26 draw controls.
