What is your favorite athletic memory here at Shenandoah University?
Having a team record breaking season last spring.
What is your favorite part about being an athlete at Shenandoah University?
Being a part of family away from my own family.
What are your plans after graduation?
Work in ICU for 1 year and then hopefully work with pediatric oncology patients.
What has being a student-athlete at Shenandoah University meant to you?
Being an athlete has meant many things to me. It's such a great feeling that I have made it through nursing school while being athlete and proving all of those who said I COULDN'T DO IT wrong!
Sam's take…Amy has played very strong attack for the Hornets in her career. She has been named honorable mention all conference, named to the USA College Lacrosse honorable mention All-America team and named second team all conference. Amy has been a force for the Hornets on the field and in the classroom participating in the difficult nursing program while being an athlete. Good luck Amy!
