Men's Tennis Finishes at ITA
FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – Shenandoah University completed its participation in the 2012 ITA Men's South/Southeast Tennis Regional with two wins in five total matches Sunday afternoon.
Alex Haley, who was playing in the B6 singles draw, fell in three sets to Nate Hoskins from York (Pa.) in the semi-finals. Haley won the opening set 7-6 (3) before Hoskins won the second by the same score and then clinched the match with a 6-2 win in the third.
Jeremy Parel had the two wins, winning 6-4, 6-3 and 6-4, 6-2 in a pair of consolation matches.
Shenandoah is back in action in two weeks at the ODAC Individual Tournament.
