'Jackets Top Men's Soccer

ASHLAND, Va. - Shenandoah University completed its non-conference men's soccer schedule with a 1-0 loss at Randolph-Macon Tuesday afternoon.

R-MC (7-6-2) scored the only goal of the game just 3:07 into contest on an unassisted tally from Mike Urbanik.

Urbanik scored his fourth goal of the season by ripping a shot from the top left corner of the box across the front of the goal and into the top right corner of the net.

Shenandoah (2-11-2) had three of its seven shots on-frame, but could not bring the game back to level.

Hornets keeper Zac Rogers had five saves.

Macon had 17 shots of its own and won six of the game's seven corners.

Shenandoah completes its regular season with a 1:00 USA South contest against N.C. Wesleyan Saturday.
