ASTON, Pa. - Junior midfielder Bryan Pope has been named to the CSAC Honorable Mention team for men's lacrosse in selections announced Monday by the league.

Pope led the Hornets this season with 30 goals and five assists for 35 points.

In addition to his 30 goals topping the squad, he was second in groundballs with 39 and third among midfielders with six caused turnovers.

Pope led SU with four extra-man goals.

Pope is joined on the All-CSAC team by senior Kyle Startsman. Statsman, a close defenseman, was the Hornets representative to the All-Sportsmanship squad.

Startsman started all 13 games he played in with 20 groundballs and 13 caused turnovers.

It is the first CSAC honor for both men.
