Spring Mobile Game Program Available
WINCHESTER, Va. - The Shenandoah University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics announced Thursday that its mobile game program for spring sports is now fully functional.
The game program, which can be directly accessed on smartphones through a QR code (shown in graphic at right) or by navigating to it from the athletics tab of www.suhornets.com, contains rosters, schedules and statistics for the Hornets baseball, men's and women's lacrosse and softball teams.
Men's and women's tennis fans can find both rosters and schedules for both SU and its opponents.
The mobile program contains all of the above information for both home and away contests.
During home games, the sports that have mobile-friendly statistics (baseball, softball and lacrosse) will have cumulative season statistics updated in real time.
This feature will be active for away games for all opponents that are part of the PrestoSports network and use Presto for live stats.
From the schedule tab in the mobile program, fans can also find audio and live stats links (if applicable) to track game progress.
The program is updated each Sunday and generally shows contests in each sport for the next 7-10 days.
