WINCHESTER, Va. - Once again this week, fans have an opportunity to vote for a Shenandoah University student-athlete for the TV 3-Winchester "Instant 3Play" of the Week.
Each week, TV 3-Winchester, the local ABC affiliate, picks three highlights from the past week for selection as it top play of the week. The nominees are announced on Friday night and viewers have the weekend to vote on their favorite play.
The winner will be announced and shown on Monday's 7 and 11 p.m. newscasts.
For the third time in four weeks, it is men's lacrosse that has a candidate for the "3Play". In last Saturday's 16-7 loss to Gywnedd-Mercy, junior Jimmy Bungert scored the opening goal of the fourth period off an assist from Kevin Totaro.
Vote for Bungert's rocket from 10 yards out to make it two consecutive weeks for Shenandoah to win the "Instant 3Play".
