ALLIANCE, Ohio - The Shenandoah University men's golf team posted three rounds in the 70s Sunday as it wrapped up competition at the Purple Raider Invitational hosted by the University of Mount Union.
Junior Brett Dubin, playing just 50 miles from his hometown, paced SU over the par-72, 6694-yard Tannenhauf GC course with a one-over-par 73.
Robert Fox had an 83 that did not count toward the team score.
Shenandoah's 312 gave it a 623 for the tournament. SU finished in sixth place, nine shots in front of seventh place Westminster and seven back of fifth place Baldwin-Wallace.
The squad is back on the course October 10-11 at the Ted Keller Memorial hosted by Randolph-Macon College.
