Kline Earns Second Straight PoW Honor

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - Junior Kevin Kline has been named USA South Conference Player of the Week for the second straight week in selections announced Monday by the conference office.

Kline led the Hornets to wins over Stevenson and Marymount by averaging 24.0 points, 6.0 rebounds and 3.5 steals in the two contests.

In the 74-62 overtime victory over Marymount, Kline posted a career-high 30 points along with 11 rebounds as he was 14 for 20 from the field.

For the season, Kline is shooting .603 (82 for 136) from the field and has two double-doubles.

Shenandoah is off this week for the Christmas holiday and returns to action on December 29 with a non-league game against Trine (Ind.).
