Golf Announces Schedule

WINCHESTER, Va. - Head Men's Golf Coach Scott Singhass announced his program's 2012-13 schedule Friday morning.

The Hornets will play half of their 2012-13 schedule during the fall season.

The schedule opens on September 9 with the third annual Shenandoah Invitational. This two-day event will again be held at Winchester Country Club.

The Tom Kinder Memorial, hosted by Bridgewater College at Lakeview Golf Course, is up next on September 16-17.

Following the Hampden-Sydney Invitational, the annual Virginia State Division III Championships are up next September 30-October 1.

The fall season concludes with the Ted Keller Memorial hosted by fellow ODAC school Randolph-Macon.

This tournament will once again be held at Hunting Hawk.

The spring season begins March 2 with the Georgetown College Invitational on Dataw Island, S.C.

In addition to the Georgetown College Invitational, the spring season is highlighted by the TaylorMade Invitational, the Camp Lejeune Invitational and the Glenn Heath Invitational.

The squad concludes the year with its first-ever appearance in the ODAC Championships, once again held at Bay Creek GC in Cape Charles.
