Wallace Named All-America Finalist

LEESBURG, Va. - Shenandoah University senior wide receiver Rico Wallace has been named a finalist for Beyond Sports Network All-America honors in selections announced recently by the website.

Wallace, who was recently named second team All-South Region by D3football.com, led the 6-4 Hornets this season with 67 receptions for 1241 yards and 14 touchdowns.

All three marks were new school season records and Wallace earned both USA South Conference Player of the Week and D3football.com Team of the Week honors twice this past fall.

Wallace was named first team All-USA South for the second consecutive year in the middle of November.

The Beyond Sports Network will announce its All-America team on January 5.
