Football Schedule Cards Available

WINCHESTER, Va. - The Shenandoah University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics announced Tuesday that its 2011 football schedule cards are now available.

There are two versions of the 2011 cards, one with senior defensive back Larry Gibbs on the front and the other showing senior wideout Rico Wallace.

Gibbs and Wallace both earned All-USA South honors for the Hornets last season.

In addition to the schedule being listed on the back, the department's new QR code is also displayed for fans to have direct access to updated schedule information at www.suhornets.com. 

The cards are free to all fans and are available in the lobbies of Shingleton Gymnasium, Aikens Athletic Center and Brandt Student Center.

Shenandoah opens up its 2011 season on September 3 with a 7 p.m. contest against Stevenson. The Mustangs are preparing for their first season of intercollegiate football.
