ALLENTOWN, Pa. - The Shenandoah University baseball team is the nation's No. 13 team in the American Baseball Coaches Association poll released Tuesday morning.
SU, 18-7 after winning three of five games in the past seven days, falls three places to No. 13 Tuesday after coming in at No. 10 last week in the initial ABCA poll of the spring.
The Hornets have 147 points in the poll and are two points behind No. 12 Eastern Connecticut State.
SU still has three games remaining in the regular season against currently ranked teams. The Hornets host No. 3 Christopher Newport next Friday and Saturday and travel to No. 5 Salisbury at the end of April.
Shenandoah is back in action tomorrow afternoon at Catholic in a non-league contest.
