Baseball Announces Schedule Changes

WINCHESTER, Va. - With the weather in the northern Shenandoah Valley preventing the 'Boys of Summer' from starting their season at home, the baseball team announced the following schedule changes for this weekend.

The Saturday doubleheader against Misericordia (Pa.) has been postponed until April 5.

Sunday's varsity/junior varsity doubleheader against Mount Aloysius (Pa.) has also been postponed, but does not have a makeup date scheduled at this time.

In the place of the games missed last weekend at the ODAC/USA South Conference Challenge, the Hornets will now play four games this weekend in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

On Saturday, SU will take on Richard Stockton (N.J.) at 11 a.m. and Bates (Maine) at 5 p.m.

On Sunday, the Hornets and Richard Stockton return to play a doubleheader beginning at 9 a.m.

All four games will be played at the Ripken Complex in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
