Outstanding competitor... limitless potential... As a sophomore: led the league in runs batted in... was named first team All-South Region at utility and honorable mention All-USA South at first base... earned USA South All-Tournament honors at pitcher... earned Salisbury Regional All-Tournament honors after hitting .471 with three doubles and five RBI... also defeated Johns Hopkins in his only regional start on the mound... named third team All-America by the ABCA at utility... won the Hornets opening game of the 2009 NCAA Championships with a seven-hitter against Farmingdale (N.Y.)
