The athletic communications staff at Shenandoah University is happy to assist you with the coverage of the university's athletic teams and student-athletes. Below is some helpful information and links to guide you through the process. If you have any questions or would like to speak with a member of the AC staff, please call (540) 665-5417.

INTERVIEW POLICY:
All interviews should be coordinated through the athletic communications office. Please allow 24 hours notice for all interviews. Postgame interviews are coordinated following the event; please tell an AC staff member who you wish to interview and they will be brought to the interview room following a cool down period.

FOOTBALL ONLY: Each week during the season, press availability for players and coaches is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon prior to practice. Please contact the AC office by 2 p.m. Tuesday with the players/coaches you wish to interview.

MEDIA CREDENTIALS:
Please contact the AC office 24 hours prior to the game you wish to cover in order to secure proper credentials and passes.

PHOTO POLICY:
Shenandoah University does require that you obtain a sideline pass in order to shoot any athletic event held at the school. Please contact the AC office at least 24 hours in advance to reserve a sideline pass. ONLY PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS shooting for Shenandoah, the visiting school or approved media outlets will be issued a sideline pass and SU reserves the right to revoke photography credentials based upon sideline conduct during the game.

TELEVISION/RADIO POLICY:
If you wish to provide television or radio coverage of an athletic event at Shenandoah, please contact the AC staff at least 24 hours prior to the event. Phone lines and Internet connections are available on a first-come, first-serve basis at both Sprint Field at Shentel Stadium and Shingleton Gymnasium.

STUDENT-ATHLETE INFORMATION PROFILE FORMS:
Please take a moment to utilize the online student-athlete information forms to have your form directly e-mailed to the sports information office. This form needs to be filled out each year prior to competition.
