Justin Anlauf is in his sixth year as an assistant athletic trainer here at Shenandoah University.
Anlauf, a 2004 SU graduate, returned to Shenandoah after starting his professional career as an assistant athletic trainer at Ferrum College.
Following two years on the Ferrum staff, Anlauf returned to SU under former head athletic trainer Mike Powers.
Anlauf works primarily with the football, women's basketball and baseball teams at Shenandoah, and is also an instructor in the Masters of Athletic Training program.
As a undergraduate, Anlauf played two seasons of football for the Hornets before being accepted into the Master's program.
Anlauf has been certified by the National Athletic Training Association and is licensed by the state of Virginia while also earning his certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
An adjunct instructor in the Department of Kinesiology, Anlauf resides in northern Virginia with his wife Samantha.
